Arrive Dubai - Evening Dhow Cruise with Dinner

Welcome to your “Dazzling Dubai with Abu Dhabi” tour. On arrival in Dubai, you will be met by your Local Tour Manager who will welcome you and take you to your hotel. In the evening, get set sail on the Dhow Cruise. See Dubai by night in the way it is famous for, with its beautifully illuminated skyline passing by as you have your Indian dinner in the floating restaurant.

Day 02
Guided City tour of Dubai afternoon Desert Safari with Barbeque Dinner.

After Breakfast proceed for a half-day city tour of Dubai. See the creek, the souks and traditional markets, Sheikh Saeed's House, the Heritage and Diving village, the wind tower houses of the Bastikiya area, Dubai Museum, Jumeirah Mosque and the stunning golf courses followed by visit to Dubai Mall — Here for about hour and a half we have a chance to explore Dubai Mall on own or enjoy various other activities on own. After lunch we take you on a Desert Safari Tour. Your Desert Safari tour includes an exciting safari by a 4-VVheeI Drive over desert dunes. At the Camp, you can also get dressed for the occasion by wearing traditional Bedouin male or female garments, and also have Henna (temporary tattoo) decorate your hands, legs and feet and smoke flavored sheesha. Enjoy a scintillating belly dance performance and have a delicious veg / non-veg barbeque dinner.

Visit to Burj Khalifa 124th floor & Dubai Frame

After breakfast we proceed to The mesmeric Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world and soars 828 metres through the clouds and into the sky to offer staggering vistas across Dubai and beyond. We take you to the 124th Floor. Later visit Dubai Frame - Standing tall at 150 m, Dubai Frame provides a bird's eye view of the city's famous and spectacular skyline, you can experience the views of Old and New Dubai.

Important Notes & Terms for Your Tour:

  1. The itinerary mentioned may be subject to minor changes aimed at enhancing and optimizing your experience

  3. Meals will follow a set menu as this is a group departure. Any additional items from the à la carte menu will be at the guest&rsquos own expense
  4. Indian meals will be provided where mentioned in the itinerary otherwise, local meals will be served
  5. Tour pricing is based on a minimum of 30 passengers traveling together. If fewer, a Free Individual Tour (FIT) supplement will apply with a local representative and not tour manager

  10. Booking is calculated based on exchange rate of 1 USD = 88 INR. Any increase due to currency fluctuations will be chargeable at the time of final payment. Customers may secure the rate by making 100% payment in advance
  11. The Rate of Exchange (ROE) will apply as per the final day of payment
  12. Passport validity must be at least 6 months from the date of arrival in India
  13. As per RBI guidelines, PAN card copy is mandatory for all guests for international travel
  14. A portion of your tour price will be charged in USD under the RBI/GOI regulations
  15. Subject to flight availability, passengers may book tours directly from their city by paying any additional airfare. Please confirm with the sales team at the time of booking
  16. Packed lunches will be provided on certain days where applicable
  17. 5% GST is applicable on the total amount
  18. TCS (Tax Collected at Source) will apply on the total package cost, as per the Finance Act, 2020
  19. Any increase in government taxes, visa fees or insurance costs will be borne by the customer
  20. Children under 12 years are considered as children and below 2 years as infants. In triple rooms, hotels typically use rollaway beds room size may be similar to a double room
  21. Hotel check-in is generally at 15:00 hrs and check-out at 11:00 hrs, but this may vary depending on the hotel policy
  22. The company reserves the right to vary, amend, reverse or withdraw any itinerary, departure, or excursion. Airline in/out points may change due to demand, but service quality will remain unaffected
  23. Additional supplements may apply due to fuel hikes
  24. In case of COVID-19 or other pandemics, passengers must comply with all laws, guidelines and protocols at their own cost, including quarantine and vaccination requirements
  25. Land surcharges may apply on certain departure dates and will be communicated in advance
  26. For any grievances or rescheduling, passengers should approach the travel agent from whom they booked the tour
  27. The company reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delays or changes in transport schedules (trains, flights, coaches, cruises, etc...)
  28. Itineraries may be changed due to operational reasons, force majeure, weather conditions, strikes, or events beyond the company's control
  29. The company does not accept liability for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown, or irregularities caused by weather, strikes, war, quarantine, political disturbances, natural disasters, or any other causes. All such losses are the responsibility of the passenger
  30. Tours are operated subject to Reserve Bank of India and Government of India regulations

Payment Terms: Reservation Amount Per Person

  • Booking Amount at the time of confirmation: INR 50,000/- per person 
  • 60 Days prior to Departure: 50% of the total package cost per person 
  • 30 Days prior to Departure: 100% of the total packages cost per person 

In case of short payment received against booking amount, we will require the balance amount within next 10 days, failing which the amount paid by you will be forfeited and you will have to make a fresh transaction.

If you are booking your tour within 30 days of the departure date, then 100% of the tour payments must be made immediately, before any service can be provided. This booking will be subject to availability.

Other Details:

  • Flights Issued / blocked on Time limit: Full INR component will be collected before issuance in order to secure / retain the same fare
  • Guest can pay by Cheque / Debit Card / Credit Card / Demand draft OR through NEFT / bank transfer on the company account details

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 60 Days - 25% of holiday cost will be charged (per person)
  • 46 to 59 Days - 45% of holiday cost will be charged (per person)
  • 31 to 45 Days - 85% of holiday cost will be charged (per person)
  • 0 to 31 Days - 100% of holiday cost will be charged (per person)
