Day 02
Kuala Lumpur – Full Day Visit to Batu Caves, Genting Highlands with Casino-De-Genting.

After Breakfast, this morning proceed for a full day visit to the ever-popular Genting Highland. Malaysia tour package included En-route visit Batu Cave, the amazing Batu Caves, a spiritual site for hundreds of thousands of Hindus each year. The cave is one of the most popular Hindu shrines outside India, and is dedicated to Lord Murugan. The limestone forming Batu Caves is said to be around 400 million years old. A 42.7-metre (140 ft) high statue of Lord Murugan. It is the tallest Lord Murugan statue in the world. While proceeding to Genting Highland take one-way cable car (weather permitting). Important Notes & Terms for Your Tour

  • The itinerary mentioned may be subject to minor changes aimed at enhancing and optimizing your experience

  • Meals will follow a set menu as this is a group departure. Any additional items from the à la carte menu will be at the guests own expense
  • Indian meals will be provided where mentioned in the itinerary otherwise, local meals will be served

  • The Rate of Exchange (ROE) will apply as per the final day of payment

  • A portion of your tour price will be charged in USD under the RBI/GOI regulations
  • Subject to flight availability, passengers may book tours directly from their city by paying any additional airfare. Please confirm with the sales team at the time of booking
  • Packed lunches will be provided on certain days where applicable
  • A 5% GST is applicable on the total package price
  • TCS (Tax Collected at Source) of 5% is applicable on the total package price
  • Any increase in government taxes, visa fees or insurance costs will be borne by the customer
  • Children under 12 years are considered as children and below 2 years as infants. In triple rooms, hotels typically use rollaway beds room size may be similar to a double room
  • Hotel check-in is generally at 15:00 hrs and check-out at 11:00 hrs, but this may vary depending on the hotel policy
  • The company reserves the right to vary, amend, reverse or withdraw any itinerary, departure, or excursion. Airline in/out points may change due to demand, but service quality will remain unaffected
  • Additional supplements may apply due to fuel hikes
  • In case of COVID-19 or other pandemics, passengers must comply with all laws, guidelines and protocols at their own cost, including quarantine and vaccination requirements
  • Land surcharges may apply on certain departure dates and will be communicated in advance
  • For any grievances or rescheduling, passengers should approach the travel agent from whom they booked the tour
  • The company reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delays or changes in transport schedules (trains, flights, coaches, cruises, etc...)
  • Itineraries may be changed due to operational reasons, force majeure, weather conditions, strikes, or events beyond the company&rsquos control
  • The company does not accept liability for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown, or irregularities caused by weather, strikes, war, quarantine, political disturbances, natural disasters, or any other causes. All such losses are the responsibility of the passenger.
  • ETA acts solely as an intermediary and service facilitator and does not own, operate, manage, or control any hotels, airlines, transportation providers, cruise operators, sightseeing services, or any other third-party service providers. All such services are provided by independent third parties and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
  • ETA shall not be responsible or liable for any deficiency, failure, delay, cancellation, interruption, amendment, or change in services arising from acts or omission of such third-party service providers or due to circumstances beyond ETAs reasonable control.
  • Any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from the services provided shall be solely between the customer and the respective third-party service provider, and ETA shall not be liable for any compensation, reimbursement, or damages of any nature whatsoever.
  • Granting or rejection of visas is the sole discretion of the concerned embassy/consulate. The Company acts only as a facilitator for obtaining visas. Applicants may be required to appear personally before the embassy/consulate for interviews and/or submission of biometric data. The Company shall under no circumstances be held liable for rejection of visas or for any incidental or consequential loss, damage, cost, or expense arising therefrom. In the event of visa rejection, the cancellation policy of the booked package shall remain applicable in full, and no waiver or exception shall be granted on account of such rejection. Expressly on the aforesaid conditions, you have approached the Company for obtaining visas.

Payment Terms: Reservation Amount Per Person

  • Booking Amount at the time of confirmation: INR 50,000/- per person 
  • 60 Days prior to Departure: 50% of the total package cost per person 
  • 30 Days prior to Departure: 100% of the total packages cost per person 

If you are booking your tour within 30 days of the departure date, then 100% of the tour payments must be made immediately, before any service can be provided. This booking will be subject to availability.

  • Flights Issued / blocked on Time limit: Full INR component will be collected before issuance in order to secure / retain the same fare
  • Guest can pay by Cheque / Debit Card / Credit Card / Demand draft OR through NEFT / bank transfer on the company account details

Cancellation Policy:

FOR FAR EAST, MIDDLE EAST AND SOUTH EAST ASIA COUNTRIES

  • More than 60 Days - 25% of holiday cost will be charged (per person)
  • 46 to 59 Days - 45% of holiday cost will be charged (per person)
  • 31 to 45 Days - 85% of holiday cost will be charged (per person)
  • 0 to 31 Days - 100% of holiday cost will be charged (per person)
